There exists a plethora of mobile and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. These have become extremely popular and part of our daily lives. Below are several common types of mobile devices that are commonly used. Keep in mind this list is not extensive, as more can always be released!

It is estimated that in 2024, there will be about 7.1 billion smartphone users, a number that will continue to increase yearly. In the United States, 81.6% of people have a smartphone, which means about four out of five people in the United States have smartphones!
Mobile devices are tiny computers that can store a lot of data. Many households are moving away from traditional desktop or laptop computers, and tablets and smartphones are replacing them!
IoT devices are interesting as they are usually connected to an account that might also have a credit card associated with it. Also, IoT devices are not maintained as frequently as other devices, so they can also be easy targets. Plus, they might have a video camera or a microphone that allows someone to listen in. IoT devices do have storage.
